Store at room temperature up to 3 days, or freeze.

If frozen, thaw overnight on the counter and serve at room temperature.

Store at room temperature up to 2 days, or freeze.

If frozen, thaw on the counter and serve at room temperature.

Almond Macaroons:

These really are best the day you buy them!

If you want them for a later date (yes, even tomorrow!), we recommend freezing them.

If frozen, thaw on the counter and serve at room temperature.

French Macarons:

Store in the refrigerator up to 2 days, or freeze.

If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature (if you can wait!).
