we are not baking the following:
Bread: French Ficelles & Echelles
Pastry: Pains Aux Raisins, Apple Butter Croissants, Bread Pudding, Loaf Cakes
Monday 11/24–Wednesday 11/26
we are not baking the following:
Bread: Sesame Baguettes
Pastry: Cannelés, Pretzel & Chocolate Pretzel Croissants, Chocolate Pistachio Croissants, Flourless Chocolate Cakes
Tuesday 11/25–Wednesday 11/26 we are not baking the following:
Bread: French Demis, Rustic Italian Rolls, Rustic Italian Ciabatta
Regular production will resume on Monday 12/1!
