In order to make all of your holiday faves, we've made the following temporary changes to our bread & pastry menus.
 

Friday 12/19–Wednesday 12/24

we are not baking the following: 
loaf cakes, almond croissants, French ficelles

Monday 12/22–Wednesday 12/24
in addition to the above, we are not baking the following:
Vollkornbrot, French echelles & sesame baguettes, Dinkelbrot, pains aux raisins, cannelés, flourless chocolate cakes 

French demis will not be available on Tuesday, 12/23 or Wednesday, 12/24.

Because we're closing at 4pm on Wednesday (and are closed Thursday–Saturday), there will not be afternoon bakes of Dinkelbrot, German Rye, Multigrain, or Sourdough on 12/24.

Regular hours and production will resume on Friday 1/2!
