Holiday Production Changes

We're gearing up for a busy Thanksgiving week!
In order to make all of your Thanksgiving faves (hundreds of Potato Rolls, Baguettes, and more!  Dozens and dozens of Apple Crumble Pies, Pumpkin Pavés, and more!) we have made the following changes to our bread & pastry menus.
From Friday 11/17–Wednesday 11/22 we are not going to be baking the following:
Bread: 
French Ficelles, French Echelles, Vollkornbrot, Toasted Rice Whole Wheat.

Pastry: Pretzel Croissants, Chocolate Pretzel Croissants, Linzer Cookies, Bread Pudding, Tea Cakes, Bostoks

From Monday 11/20–Wednesday 11/22 we are not going to be baking the following: 
Bread: 
French Sesame Baguettes, French Demi, Rosemary Focaccia, Rustic Italian Rolls, Rustic Italian Ciabatta, Seeded 7–Grain Batards, Sourdough Rolls.
Pastry: Flourless Dark Chocolate, Canneles, Pain aux Raisins, Fruit Jam Croissants, Chocolate Pistachio Croissants, Parmesan & Black Pepper Scones, Gibassiers.


Wednesday 11/22 we are not going to be baking the following: 
Bread: Muesli Rolls

Regular production will resume on Sunday 11/26!

Thanksgiving Week Hours

Monday 11/20: 8am–7pm

Tuesday 11/21: 8am–7pm

Wednesday 11/22: 8am–5pm

Thursday 11/23–Saturday 11/25: Closed

Sunday 11/26: 9am–6pm

From Monday 11/20–Wednesday 11/22 we are not going to be making the following: Flourless Chocolate Cakes, Pain aux Raisins, Fruit Jam Croissants, Chocolate Pistachio Croissants, Parmesan & Black Pepper Scones, Gibassier.
Regular production will resume on Sunday 11/26!
