Clear Flour has a wonderful selection of pastry available each day. Most of our pastry is a single serving size though larger tarts, usually very limited in number, are available in greater quantity around the holidays. Check our Specials Section for upcoming holiday pastry lists.

Traditional French rich egg bread.

Available in: Large Plain, de Nanterre

Brownies

One kind of rich, fudgy brownie is available everyday. Including, but not limited to:

Chocolate Chunk, Sour Cherry, Walnut, Mint Chocolate

Cakes

The selection of numerous different cakes, which varies depending on the season and whim of the pastry chef, includes some of the following:

Dutch Chocolate Bundt Cake, Lemon Pound Cake, Blueberry Coffee Cake, Gingerbread Tea Cake

Big, chewy bakery cookies, as well as small bags of cookies and biscotti inlcude:

Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Raisin, Orange Almond Biscotti, Ginger Crinkle, Macaroons, Orange Shortbread

Croissants

Classic hand rolled croissants, crispy outside and tender inside with the big taste of real butter.

Available in: Plain and Chocolate (everyday), Gruyere Cheese and Apricot (weekends and holidays only)

Morning Buns

Winner of the Best of Boston award for Best Morning Buns

Available with or without walnuts, most customers call them sticky buns, but we call them morning buns to remind you that these cinnamon pastries run out before noon

Rustic Tarts

Flaky pastry filled with fruit and finished with a buttery crumb topping. Grannysmith apple and one other kind of fruit tart are available everyday.

Scones

Cranberry Currant scones available daily, as well as a special scone on Saturday and Sunday. Great scones with much less fat than most because we use yogurt instead of cream.
