Clear Flour has a wonderful selection of pastry available each day. Most of our pastry is a single serving size though larger tarts, usually very limited in number, are available in greater quantity around the holidays. Check our Specials Section for upcoming holiday pastry lists.

The selection of numerous cakes, which varies depending on the season and whim of the pastry chef, includes some of the following:

Vanilla Pound Cake, Lemon Poppyseed Tea Cake, Chocolate Whiskey Cake, Carrot Cake, Cranberry Orange Almond Tea Cake, Orange Pound Cake w/ Chocolate Ganache, Pumpkin Pecan Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

Big, chewy bakery cookies, as well as small bags of cookies and biscotti inlcude:

Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Raisin, Almond & Chocolate Coconut Macaroons. Our seasonal cookies include: Lemon Cornmeal, Orange Currant Sable, Almond Poppyseed, Trail Mix & Thai Macaroons

Cranberry Currant Scones

Cranberry Currant scones available daily. These great scones are made with much less fat than most because we use yogurt instead of cream.

Croissants

Classic hand rolled croissants, crispy outside and tender inside with the big taste of real butter.

Available in: Plain, Chocolate, and Gruyere Cheese (everyday), and Apricot o Raspberry (weekends and holidays only)

Morning Buns

Winner of the Best of Boston award for Best Morning Buns

Available with or without walnuts, most customers call them sticky buns, but we call them morning buns to remind you that these cinnamon pastries run out before noon

Rustic Tarts

Flaky pastry filled with fruit and finished with a buttery crumb topping. Grannysmith apple and/or one other kind of fruit tart are available everyday.
